AI and Technological Awareness Workshop
Seer ran an AI Discovery Workshop for the team at Teesside Hospice. Offering the team valuable insight into the workings of AI technology and highlighting some potential uses for AI integration for multiple departments within Teesside Hospice.
The workshop allowed the team to become more confident in using AI as a tool to assist their workplace activities.
Systems Unification and Process Efficiency
A major topic Seer identified during the workshop was the need for the unification of systems.
Teesside Hospice often ended up with duplicate data due their use of multiple systems across different departments, slowing efficiency and productivity.
Unifying Systems would allow for all data to be stored in it’s own place, eliminating duplicates and improving efficiency.
Interdepartmental Comunication
Effective communication between departments was highlighted as a significant challenge. The Teesside Hospice Team identified several issues, including inconsistent data sharing and fragmented reporting.
These problems create barriers to collaboration and slow down decision-making.
There was a strong consensus on the need for better communication tools and practices to ensure that all departments can easily share information and work together more effectively.
We really enjoyed our time with the Seer Bi team at a recent away day. Their approach and knowledge ensured that we got the most from our time with them and raised our awareness of the power of technology and AI, particularly in relation to saving time and effort for our staff. We’re looking forward to working with the team again to make some of the potential solutions we discussed, into a reality.
