The innovations Seer has deployed for Casper Group allow the group to scale faster with automated systems ready to scale as they do.
As more work comes in, the innovations are streamlined to handle and automate workflows saving human time and reducing manual Excel-based workloads and decreasing customs document processing times from circa 2 hours to 4 seconds.
Operations Analytics
Seer deployed an operations analytics infrastructure for Casper Group, improving organisational transparency and reducing the time to generate management reports. This infrastructure consists of a complex data transformation process from paper and Excel documents to an intelligent analytics platform hosted on a scalable cloud-based solution.
The introduction of organisation-wide analytics and infrastructure means that operations can be optimised and time can be saved in the reporting process. These improvements lead to reduced OPEX costs, improved safety and compliance, a reduced carbon footprint and increased confidence in reporting mechanisms.
Maritime Automation
For Casper Group, Seer also introduced a comprehensive series of maritime automation processes by working within their current infrastructure; these cover the automation of UCN claiming in the CDS customs process and the automation of GVMS processing. These are delivered as scalable cloud systems as well as flexible front-end platforms.
The automations introduced reduced the time required for customs processing by up to 99% for multiple job types, by reducing this time, considerable cost savings were made and errors were reduced. This also improved the operational analytics by introducing a positive data feedback loop.
